who takes care of this cemetary? For stones that old they look well taken care of, I had an old cemetary in my field years ago and they all dated in the 1800's however; the stones were very weathered beatened

Supposedly, the city does. Unfortunately, I haven't seen the city paying much attention at all. The grass is mowed, at best, four times a year. There is still a HUGE pile of broken and cut branches that someone has left. That pile has been there at least since June. I've called the city many, many times to have it removed. I even had the head guy from Parks & Rec come to my home and view the pile for himself. He said he would get on it. Hmmmm, that was back in the beginning of September.
